UV Lamps and UV System Spare Parts
Replacement UV lamps, quartz sleeves and ballasts to keep existing UV disinfection units running.
Product Description
A UV unit can still appear to be working after lamp output has dropped below effective disinfection levels, so DSTC supplies the lamps and spares needed for scheduled replacement. The range covers single-ended 4-pin UV lamps in 16W, 25W, 55W, 80W and 120W, quartz sleeves, ballasts and adapters rated 50, 55 and 80 W, plus an ozone (3 g) lamp option. UV lamps are consumables and are usually replaced about once a year because UV output drops over time even while the lamp still lights. Keeping the correct spare on hand helps avoid downtime on drinking water, RO polishing and process-water UV units.
For quotation, send the UV lamp wattage or UV unit model, quartz sleeve length and diameter if a sleeve is needed, ballast or adapter rating (50, 55 or 80 W), whether you need the ozone (3 g) lamp option, quantity, and delivery or site city.
Overview
A UV disinfection unit relies on a UV lamp housed inside a quartz sleeve and powered by a matched ballast or adapter. The lamp is the part that wears: ultraviolet output falls month by month even though the lamp may continue to glow, so replacing it on schedule keeps disinfection effective. DSTC supplies the parts that keep these units in service across Saudi Arabia, including Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, Jubail and Yanbu. The lamps are single-ended with a 4-pin base in 16W, 25W, 55W, 80W and 120W ratings, supported by quartz sleeves and ballasts or adapters in 50, 55 and 80 W, with an ozone (3 g) lamp available where extra oxidation is required. To match the right part, send the lamp wattage or the UV unit model, and sleeve dimensions when replacing a quartz sleeve.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which UV lamp wattages do you supply?+
DSTC supplies single-ended 4-pin UV lamps in 16W, 25W, 55W, 80W and 120W. Send the wattage marked on the old lamp or the UV unit model and we will match the correct one.
How often should a UV lamp be replaced?+
About once a year in continuous use. A UV lamp can keep lighting long after its ultraviolet output has dropped below the level needed for disinfection, so it should be changed on schedule rather than only when it stops lighting.
My lamp still lights, so why replace it?+
Visible light and disinfecting UV are not the same. UV output falls steadily over time while the lamp still glows, so a lamp that looks fine can already be under-dosing the water. Replacing it on schedule keeps disinfection reliable.
Do you supply quartz sleeves and ballasts separately?+
Yes. DSTC supplies quartz sleeves and ballasts or adapters rated 50, 55 and 80 W as separate spare parts. For a sleeve, send its length and diameter or the unit model; for a ballast, send its rating or the lamp wattage.
Do you sell the complete UV unit as well as the parts?+
Yes. This page covers replacement lamps and spare parts. For a complete new UV disinfection unit, from 16W/2GPM up to 720W/220GPM, see our UV Sterilization Systems page or ask DSTC to size one for your flow.
