Delivered equipment is not a working plant until it is installed, started up, tested and handed over correctly, and DSTC manages that transition on site. Our team installs pumps, pressure vessels, membranes, media and softener tanks, dosing systems, instruments and control panels, then starts the plant, checks the operating points and tests performance against the design. We can work on DSTC-supplied plants or third-party equipment, giving you one team responsible for correct installation, safe start-up and operator handover.

Overview
Installation and commissioning is the step that turns a supplied system into a reliable operating plant. DSTC begins with mechanical installation, including positioning and fixing pumps, membrane pressure vessels, media filters, softeners, dosing skids, instruments and control panels. Piping, valves, fittings and electrical terminations are then checked before the plant is flushed, pre-commissioned and safely energised. During start-up, DSTC tests flow, pressure, product water quality and recovery against the design values, adjusts dosing rates and controller settings, and corrects any issues found during testing. The final handover gives the operator the as-run settings and basic running guidance. DSTC works across Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, Jubail, Yanbu and other Saudi cities, on both new DSTC projects and existing third-party systems.
